Thanks for updating. I love this story and I'm glad to see you are keeping up with it. I'm curious to see where its heading. What are Hooks intentions towards her other than the obvious. And how exactly can a relationship between a human and mermaid exist? Please update soon.

The story is wonderful so far. I'm reading this in the ardent hope that you're going to keep up with it. IMHO, Fee is genuinely original, original character with a distinct and interesting (and if I may say, non-grating) personality. I love that you've taken the time to really flesh out the mermaids as a *species*, bestowing on them details about mating habits, matriarchal structure, vocalizations, etc. that make them believable as creatures in and of themselves. You've got a good way with detail altogether, actually. And as a result, the story has some truly nice touches; from the duet on Barbara Allan onward. I have to particularly commend you, though, for capturing Hook. You've got him and that's easier said than done. When I can read a Hook fanfic and have JI's face and voice just pop up in my head unbidden, I know the author is doing something right. Keep it up...Please! :-)
