'I Promise' is the most scrum-diddly-umptious 'Peter Pan' fan fiction I've ever read. I love the way Captain Hook is shown not as a heartless villian, but as a man who can also feel and desire (and awake desire too ^_^). Please keep the chapters coming, as I'm craving to read more. Fine piece of adult fan fiction...

I begun reading with some hesitation, as somhow, most Hook fics seem to follow the same path. But I must confess that I love this. The sense of humour you have gifted them both with- I always did suspect that Hook had a sense of humour somewhere. Still, you can still sense that he is a dangerous man and Wendy will probably do weel to keep on his good side. Well, she seem quite good at that. Will look forward for more.

You know there aren't very many Hook/Wendy stories out there, and the ones that I have found have all had so much angst, but this one is a bit playful and romantic, I just love it.

Thank you so much for updating this. I love your Hook. He is very much in character, but we also have a chance to see a side of him we did not get to see in the movie, which is the "I want this woman" side of him. I have to say I think he was quite sexual in the movie, but then again maybe it was because the very lucious Jason Isaacs was playing him. Please don't keep us waiting too long for another chapter.
