I have just read all 27 chapters and absolutely love your story! I've read several others on this board, but yours is by far the best. Your characters ARE Gerard Bulter and Emmy Rossum. I picture them so easily as I read. You write with such emotion and passion and capture Erik's emotions perfectly. Please don't let this story end badly!

Dear Authoress - you can run but you can't hide!
Watch your back because there is going to be an uprising of angry readers.
I thought the chapter was good and Erik and Christine just couldn't continue with their deceptions anymore. Perhaps their time together such as it was has ended and out of the flames will emerge a new beginning.....eventually (could take years).
The secret meetings had to end eventually. Their love is too huge to keep secret, and it would have exploded at some point.
I just hope Erik doesn't do something stupid now (in his grief).

finally! let the divorce proceedings begin, of course, after Erik kills philip in a duel and Raoul goes insane or realizes he's not in love with chistine, after all. Maybe, he can fall in love with someone else first. Somone he meets in London. Hmmm. Can't wait for the next update; so glad I checked on this story for an update.
