This is, without a doubt, the best Dark Tower fic I've ever read on any site. Absolutely fucking incredible. I'm a huge Dark Tower fan, read the books a dozen times, and I gotta say that this story is the same caliber as the real thing. If it was in the series, it would be completely believable for Eddie, bumsex and all, heh. Bravo.

Wow. Well done.
You really went in the flow on Stephen King's own writing, and it sounded great.

This was good! You really captured the tone of Eddie and Henry :) and the whole situation was really good, really believeable - so many fics just launch into it with a 'so-and-so was gay all along' idea, but you did it really well - it could have been written like that by King himself :)

Damn, I'm surprised this story doesn't have a ton more reviews! It's great! I'm in the middle of reading the Dark Tower series right now - almost done with Wizard and Glass - so I've been mulling over the many possibilities for adult fiction it holds. I have a Roland/Eddie brewing in the recesses of my brain that will probably never become print.
But anyways... damn! You captured the characters of Eddie and Henry perfectly, and very gracefully utilized the Dark Tower's writing styles, making it feel like something bigger and more eloquent than a simple one-shot. It flowed very well, your grammar is practically flawless, and your description is so vivid it actually made me itch like I needed a fix. I loved it. I also appreciated the 'sex part'... it was very hot, but not excessively graphic.
Great work! You have a new fan.

Holy shit. I totally loved this. It was amazingly well written and just so unbelievably Dark Tower-esque. (You're not really Stephen King are you? Not that I'd blow the whistle if you were.)

Okay, this is, by far, the best Dark Tower fic I have EVER read. EVER. Firstly, everyone seemed perfectly in character. Secondly, it was believable. Thirdly, it was hawt. x3 Thank you for providing an old perv HER fix.

Allow me a moment to regain coherent thought.
...
Okay, this fic is absolutely gorgeous. The characterization is absolutely spot-on with the Dean brothers, and they're a tough dynamic to pull off. Especially in such a situation, but you did marvelously. Especially with Eddie's conflict. The style and pace add to the impeccable flow, and the retaining of the music references was just the icing on the cake. Oh, and did I also fail to mention that I near died of hotness poisoning?
You, my dear, are a savior of slash for a fandom that just aches for it. Thankee-sai, and I couldn't mean it more. :)
