Chapter 1: This story has started off extremely well. I enjoyed the entire Janzen series and have all of the books on my keeper shelf. I see you haven't added to it recently, but I only just found your story myself. If you wanted reviewers and readers you might advertise it a bit, maybe on a romance-oriented yahoo group.
Personally I hope you continue your story. I always hated that J.T. got killed off. I felt a little betrayed because I was already invested in him as a (missing) character in the first book. This story will 'bring him back to life' for those of us who felt he had a place in the Crazy series that never happened.
Your writing style fits the series nicely and I'm interested to see where the MaryKate character goes and what she's hiding.
