My favorite chapter so far. I love how Holmes reacted to Watson's accident (i.e. how discreet and analytical he was about it); how he could do everything without mentioning Watson's embarrassment. I love how they interacted without Watson saying a word; I can't wait to read the next chapter. I really am enjoying how this is developing!!!

A most excellent second chapter and I can't wait to see what'll happen when Holmes and Watson have their first conversation since Watson's attack. Keep the marvelous work!!

WOW! This is a fantastic beginning that speeds the reader through horrible events. Any failure of Holmes' powers would be painful, but for it to result in mortal harm to Watson...beaten, stabbed, hanged...would surely break down the Master's emotional barriers. I love your stories and writing style and am elated that you're continuing with H/W. PLEASE, PLEASE post more chapters! I repeat, WOW!
