I'm not sure they call them biscuits back then in France nor if they would serve them with gravy. That's someting I might want to look up myself as I have stories of my own and I try to be as accurate as I can be. Poor Alexandra she is torn. She is beginning to want him while at the same time is fearful of him. If he'd relent just a little I think she might stay willingly or at least come and go freely. I do think eventually she would want to see him again. He did pleasure her after all.

This is a great chapter, I think this is kind of like Erik breaking her, and then he will be the one to build her back up (but the way he likes her ;), and so she'll be relient and dependent on him, which is somthing Erik wants... thats what i see when i read it anyway lol.

Erik is one power mad Phantom. I hope he soon learns that he could get more from a relationship with kindness than he can with force. If it is love he wants he is goig about it the wrong way. He is not being very gentlemanly at the moment. Of course I guess that sort of thing will have to come with the passage of time. He has not had any contact with people really to know how to gain a woman's affections. He has been treated so badly that when a woman does finally begin to care for him she will have a hard time convincing him she really does care for him despite his face. Poor Erik. Poor captive.

Very nice little chapter. I kept waiting for Erik to backhand her though lol.

This is one freaky Erik. I guess the debacle with Christine left him a little hot to trot with no place to go. Hope he becomes a little nicer to Alexandra. I am also hopeful we get to see the rest of this fic. It has been a while since there has been an update.
