I know this is madness to say, but unhappy, open endings like this are the most perfect ones. You can't make a sudden happy ending when the characters are broken that badly, and even though I guess we all have that cute little fairytale in the back of our mind where we hope for everything to be alright and sunny, it's still so much better to accept that the world is no happy little cloud.
Besides, sequel sounds VERY good to me. ;)

Actually, I'm kind of sad that "Broken" is finished by now, because I enjoyed every single line of it. It was so special somehow to have it... to communicate through it, even if I wish there'd been more reviews from others as well (well, they can still come along in the future). I got to know you through this story somehow, and that's why I'm kinda sentimental at the moment. God, that sounds so cheesy... o_O
Basically, what I want to say is thank you. Thx for sharing this, thx for the unique preview thing, and thx for... you know, talking to me. ;)

I'll be looking forward to more of all that... ^_^

You know, the longer the wait, the better the anticipation (or in the vampire case: the better the appetite). Don’t worry about it. ^_^

I’ve read quite a few funeral scenes so far, but this one gave me the creeps because it went so terribly deep under the surface. I could see myself standing there at Angela’s coffin, unable to tell anyone what’s really happened. It’s impossible to imagine what Bella must be going through at the moment. And I hate Mike. Officially. With a passion. He’s such a moron. O_o
This chapter was the strongest in my opinion. It really expressed a lot without even mentioning it. As much as I’m in awe of it, I still don’t want you to do any other chapter like this, alright? Cuz by the next one, you may have me breaking down crying which would complicate the matter of writing a review… and we all know that you want a review from me, don’t we? ;)

I am so loving this story. Good for Bella sticking it to Edward like that! I wish the chapters were longer because they are so well written...the story kinda sucks you in! Thanks!!!

I dunno if it's just me being in a weird mood today, but chapter 13 moved me to tears somehow. Lines like "There was only broken bones, cuts, and bruises lining where my sparkling skin should be." or the ones about Angela ("No one had been there for Angela, and now she was gone. [...] She didn't deserve this. She should be alive now. Resting in a hospital bed, thankful to be alive. Confused at what had happened. Not somewhere in the ground, rotting for eternity.") were incredibly intense and touching. I admire how you took the opportunity to make this seem so realistic instead of some yippie-we-made-it-and-thank-god-at-least-I'm-alive shit. I can understand both Edward and Bella in this situation and probably in all moments to come after what's happened. Besides, I'm so sorry about Angela. I never liked Ben a lot, but I'll try and shed a tear for him, too, alright (yes, I'm heartless... *lol*)? ;)

Now for the lighter part:

*blushes furiously* Awww, you're too sweet!!! :) I love you, too. See, now it's official as well. When do you want us to get married? Does October sound good to you?? *lol*
Nah, honestly, I feel deeply flattered. I never try to leave "stunning reviews" (they are stunning? Really?!?), but simply write what's on my mind or what has come to my mind during reading. I guess I'm just being honest. ;)

P.S.: I wouldn't give a damn even IF you were truly sick or twisted... as long as you continue to post such fine chapters and those awesome previews which are even worse than the best cliffhangers (and as long as we have those nice, random chats which I really appreciate)... ;P

Chapter 12 was just... awesome. Like you, it makes me happy when people make Bella suffer, but it's rather tough to describe a near-death experience THAT well. I'm deeply, deeply impressed. O.O

And of course, a preview worse than a cliffhanger. *lol* Fantastic! :)

I admit that the word „brilliant“ did cross my mind not just once while reading this new chapter, but I don’t really dare using it in a review when it concerns such terribly things like rape. Still, I bow before you, in awe of what you’ve done and especially how you’ve written it. (Sadly, I can’t come up with any emoticon or sign composition to show a bow. However, consider James to be elbowed very hardly into his ribs, going down to his knees to bow instead of me. Ah, isn’t it just nice to have a pet to boss around??)

“You really should give it a go some time”… once again, I’m amazed how you manage to capture James’ character so well. He’s not pure evil. Actually, he’s smart and he has some kinda wicked humor. It’s almost as if I’d love to hate him and vice versa. ;)

And… *gasps*… the review! OMG… O.O

Seriously, I can't stop gasping. Wow, that was like a mad rollercoaster (I may puke, be warned, cuz I usually get sick from rollercoasters...). O.O
Have talked to James - he doesn't want me to be his queen any longer. *sulks* Obviously, the little puking detail didn't convince him. Ahem, well... anyway, I feel bad cuz I really liked the "You can either drain Angela dry or I'll take Bella upstairs and show her what a real man can do for her" part. O_o
And did James actually make Edward strip? Like... strip?? Unclothing and stuff like that?? *sighs again* Oh my, honey, please come back, let's forget about the puking and blood drinking, we'll just be queen and king and everything's gonna be wonderful! *lol*
Still, sorry for Angela. :( I've always liked her. If James kills her, I'll tear off his head and nail it to the wall above my shiny throne. And I'm deadly serious about that!

Excellent. Full of suspense and evilness. I've learned to love cliffhangers after all, I think. ;)

"I would be king. And of course. I would need a queen." Rather logical, even for James. :) Uhm, if Bella really doesn't want to, can I be queen, then?? *bats eyelashes* Of course, I'd get rid of him pretty soon afterwards because I don't need James for my king, and I'd also give up Aiden for adoption and get a cat instead. However, I wouldn't mind getting Edward to be my king. Oh, am I digressing?? *lol*

"Next chapter is going to be rather intense."?!? Honestly, if only the next one's gonna be intense, then what was the last one cuz I found it VERY intense. :)

OMG, how can you just leave me with such a cliffhanger in chapter 8?? Especially after that terrific chapter 7 which was really, really amazing.
Don't stress yourself, though. I'll be here, waiting patiently for an update, but hoping that everything will work out fine with the festival and everything else you're busy with. :)
Kinda feel weird about being the only reviewer here anyway... this story deserves so much more, but laziness concerning reviewing seems to be an immense problem on AFF... O_o

Poor Bella. Poor Edward. Poor Charlie. Poor Jake… well, I’m not actually sobbing over Jacob, that’s for sure. Hehe. Don’t we all just love the Twilight misery? ;)
