Wow. I'm not usually a Twilight reader, and Jacob is one of my favorite characters, but this story was awesome. Simple and primal. Poor Bella. I wish we could have learned just what edward did. I loved the emotion you portrayed. It is exactly how I see them reacting. Edward especially. Of course pfft, we know Jake would never, ever harm her, but hell, this was one hell of an AU. Especially since his mind viewed it all as concentual. It actually held a bit of truth from the books. You know, how he kept thinking she wanted him whenever he kissed her.

I already thought chapter 1 was great, so now I'm desperately looking for the right word for chapter 2. You managed to switch between all those different views and moments so well that I caught myself holding my breath quite a few times. Really, really amazing. And while there was little to smile about in this (for obvious reasons), I still had to grin at the line about those poor receptionists who'll probably need some therapy afterwards... ;)

write a chapter 3? Please?

I really like it. You did a great job describing things, and wonderful with keeping the characters true. I also love your 'about you' in your author info. I agree with you..... there is something about rape stories that I like.
