Wow, I loved this story so much! I did get seriously scared at a couple points (i am a wus loll), but omg I LOVE retellings of fairytales so much.
I've read "In The Company of Wolves" By Angela Carter, but I still definitely need to get The Bloody Chamber....
I'm working on my own modern-genderbent fairytales as well, but i need to do more background reading first i think.. ^^


Annyyway, yes, love it! Definitely going to check out your other work as well!

The dead deer scene was written quite well; the clues slowly building up until Red realizes that it was the monster's doing. Red's terror was also discussed quite beautifully.

I love it. I was freaking out in the first chapter, with all the fog and stuff. Very suspenseful. Every time he was being chased I'd just scream HIDE! Find somewhere small and hide!

I really enjoyed this story! And I have to admit that I really liked the cuter ending. lol. And I highly encourage you to try writing that story with Alex and Red you mentioned! I'm looking forward to your future chapters!

This is one of those stories that you read at it just stays in your mind. I would sure like to read some of these guys.

Oh my gods! I loved this story! I was looking for a slash twist fairytale and this went above and beyond my expectations. I adore dark fics with happy endings and I really hope you do write more with them (I haven't looked yet because I wanted to review before I forgot). So again, I loved your writing and look forward to more.

I love this story! Great ending but I want MORE! If you ever felt like revisiting Alex and Red in a oneshot, I would love to read more of their adventures. I love Grandma too. I hope you will consider reposting this to the originals section again. I only found the story again because I had it bookmarked. I am sure your other readers would love to see the ending too. Either way you are a great writer! I hope you do some more naughty fairy tales.

This gem of a story... this was just such a surprise find; like hidden treasure one stumbles across in the depths of so very much dreck, buried in the bowels of AFF.net. I'm so glad that I found this! Completely hot, gratifyingly well written, very original. A nice spin on a classic fairy tale that explores the sensuality of the forbidden, and the eroticism of man's inherently animalistic nature. Fabulous job, I only wish it were longer! Would you perhaps have any other writings available for public consumption? I would be very interested in reading more of your work.
