It does not contain the required elements. It can be worded however you, the author, like, provided it is clear that you are disclaiming the specific fandom, which is the work your fanfiction is based on, and you state clearly in some fashion that you make no money/profit from the story.

Great story. Well-written Bella/Alice is hard to come by, and this delivers well; from buildup through to the end.
