Surprisingly sweet fic. I like that you're exploring various aspects of Jack's life, and Mr. Golightly makes a fabulous villain. I like that Jack goes back and forth on whether most people are good or bad.

Man, this is great! I love you're style. Have you ever considered doing an adaptation of the steadfast tin soldier? it's one of my favorite fairy tales but nobody else really cares about it, and its just screaming out for some slashification. cheers.

Thanks for the new chapter Dancing Grimm. What will it take for Jack to stop selling himself? Things are getting pretty dangerous for him. He already has a stalker with that crazy teacher. Maybe he should take a trip to try to sell more of his coins. I hope his tests come out okay but like the doctor said, Jack is risking a lot especially when his mother is depending on him to take care of her. I am looking forward to the next chapter. I wish Finn could come to the rescue.

wonderful, wonderful. But I have to say, that was a terrible cliffhanger to give to your devoted readers. Tsk, tsk. Jack and Finn's relationship is seriously sweet, and I'm waiting for some more improbable events to happen so that they can live happily ever after.

This story is just so...charming! The world is vibrant, and the relationship just all warm and fuzzy. I really like the harsh contrast between "above" and "below" as it were.
I really, really hope this continues. Great to see it was updated not too awfully long ago.

I'm really enjoying this. A few missing words or mistakes here or there but over all well constructed and I'm glad you're not going overboard with the traditional story cliches. This is a very sad and sweet story but here's hoping for a "traditional" happy ending. :)
