While the idea of Tom/Julian didn't do a thing for me (I'm strictly a Jenny/Julian fangirl), I love love LOVE the evil sadistic side of Julian you've got in this fic so much. FG series has been my favorite since I was a kid, and I'm always looking for good fics, and this is exactly the kind I've been trying to find. Yes Julian is technically pretty OOC in em, but I couldn't care less because I love way you've written him. Most fics I find that have him 'evil' are either smut free, or the typical 'Jenny went into the nuthouse' after the games. The only real drawback I've seen in your fics is the occasional typo that just jumps out at me and throws reading it off track for a sec.

I really liked seeing a story like this taking place actually during the books, and not a sequal, and got me thinking about how some of the encounters between Jenny and Julian could have gone if he had a dark side quite like that.

I love these stories, and really hope you plan to write some more. :)
