Black Heart
**hey, I don't know EXACTLY where the story is leading, but I'll think of some good scenes to write about. Always remember to review! Oh yeah, if you guys want, read my other stories too and give your reviews! The night was cold as the wind thrashed the trees outside. The rain continued to lightly pour down upon the city of London.Inside the darling house Wendy Darling Hemington was talking to her 17 year old granddaughter, Elanor. Elanor had black hair, but she shared her grandmother's rich blue eyes that sparkled with merriment. "Grandma Wendy, I'm so very nervous about being presented at the party tomorrow. Mom and Dad already explained to me that I will be courted by so many bachelors. How will I know which man to choose?" Elanor asked anxiously.Wendy reached for Elanor's hand as she said softly, "Do not worry yourself, my dear. Just enjoy the experience and when the right man comes along then you'll know. Besides, me and your mother will make sure to assist you when you choose."Elanor sat back ungracefully in the chair as she looked at the fire. "I wish...I wish I was still a child. Then I could just play and listen to your stories about Neverland, Grandma." Elanor smiled softly as she remember her Grandma telling her and her brothers about the oh-so-clever Peter Pan, the lost boys, and the infamous Captain James Hook.Wendy laughed softly, "Darling, your never too old to have a bit of fun now and then. Just because you grow up doesn't mean you can't act childlike once in a while." Wendy's eyes sparkled mischeviously as she added, "believe me, I know."Suddenly the clock chimed indicting that it was midnight. "Elanor, my dear, it is time to retire for the night." Wendy slowly sat up and kissed Elanor tenderly on her forehead. "Remember to keep calm tomorrow. Selecting your future husband should be an enjoyable experience, sweetheart. Now get some rest."Elanor arched her back as she yawned "Good night."*********************************************Loud curses and shattering glass could be heard in the cabin of Captain Hook. Smee opened the door slowly. He saw his captain drunk sitting at his desk. His shirt was removed revealing his well-defined chest and abs. Scars littered his body, making Hook look more fearsome than before."Captain...is everything okay?" Smee asked fearfully.Hook's blue eyes glared at him angrily as he shouted, "No, SMEE! Everything is not all right! That little, snivelling Peter Pan has managed to escape me again. I cannot rest until I have defeated him! The only time I've ever been close to capturing him is when I had that Wendy girl in my ship..." Hook sat dejectedly with his shoulder slumped and his head leaning back staring at the ceiling. The room was silent for a long time. Smee looked around and admired all the loot they were able to steal from the neighboring villages in never land. The lost boys and Indians were not the only ones on this Island. There were farming people, but mainly there existed fairies, dragon sprites, the merland people, and wolf-people. Each of these groups lived in cities across the Island of Never land. The captain and crew pillaged these people from time to time. Now the room was filled with diamond, emeralds, rubies, and sapphires that littered the ground. Old artwork and sculptures also adorned the small room. Looking back at the Captain, Smee began to feel sorry for the captain as he sat at his desk unhappily. Quickly Smee came up with an idea. "Captian, what if you kidnapped that Wendy girl and brought her back to Never land. Then Peter Pan would challenge you for her and you can fight him again. If things don't go your way then tell Peter to drop his weapon or you will kill the Wendy girl...either way you succeed, don't you captiain?"Captain Hook threw his head back and laughed loudly as he exclaimed, "Smee, these are the moments when I find myself glad that I didn't kill you!" The Captain quickly put on his shirts and quickly went above deck. Looking at his lazy crew he shouted, "Up with you bastards! We have to collect an old friend of ours." The men roared with excitement and began to get the ship ready for departure as Smee gave them the details of the journey. Captain Hook looked up at the many stars that decorated the sky and swiftly found the one he was looking for. He saw a blue star flicker eerily in the light as he whispered softly, "this time Peter, I'll be the one to win."
