The Prince and The Knight

They say that there's a legend about a dark prince that would free the Great Destroyer, Apollymi. So will the world be destroyed or is there more to the legend than even the Daimons know. It seems only one Goddess knows and she isn't going to tell.

The Dark Prince

He sighed lightly, knowing that his wife was going to ream him a new one for being out for so long and for being hurt to boot. Daimons were becoming harder and harder to kill even through he was now a demi god, thanks to his half-brother's wife. Astrid is great woman at heart but he always wondered how she managed to put up with Zarek and his nasty little habit of messing with with his little brother life. You'd think he'd leave the Roman alone after the wedding ceremony but nooo. He went right back to being the bastard he was. Good thing was Valerius could fight back.

Now that he thought about. He actually enjoyed fighting with Zarek on occausions. But right now he was soaking wet, due to the heavy downpour, hurt and not to mention tired. All he wanted to do was go home and soak in a nice bath and maybe attack his wife. The Roman grinned at the last thought.

'VALERIUS'

Valerius froze at the voice in his head. It couldn't be! He knew that voice better than anyone.

"It's been a while little brother." a voice sickly cooed.

Val turned quickly, hardly believing what he was seeing.

"Marcus." the Roman spat.

"I'm so glad you remember me little Val."

Valerius shivered in disgust at the nickname. Marcus should be dead. He killed the little bastard himself. So either he was brought back or someone idea of a bad joke. He was hoping it was the latter of the two.

"You should be dead."

Marcus smirked. "Don't worry. I'm here to repay the favor."

Valerius froze in agony as he felt something tear through his stomach. He'd hadn't notice the bastard move.

"Don't worry little Val. This is the least of your worries after I get done with you."

'Tabitha' whispered through his mind as his world went black.
