Chapter 2
Three months had passed, and Percy hadn't heard a thing from Hades regarding anything that may have happened, at all. He hadn't told anybody, either. He had just gotten over a bad breakup, and he was flirting heavily with Annabeth again. He didn't want anybody to know about his homosexual encounter with the God. Or about the fact that he really liked it. No, he was going to try to keep his nineteen year old life as normal as possible.
Unfortunately, he seemed to be gaining some weight, and he was having some abnormal cravings. It was bizarre, he woke up in the middle of the night the other day, and he just HAD to have a banana cream pie, nothing else would do. He was getting really moody, too. It was very much negatively affecting his job at Camp Half-Blood. Dionysus was getting rather testy at his little outbursts.
This day, Percy was instructing swordplay to a bunch of narcissistic Aphrodite-kids who cared more about breaking their nails than learning how to properly disarm their opponent. he was about ready to give up on them when a boy from Athena came running into the arena.
"Percy," he panted. "You're wanted...at the farmhouse...important visitor..."
"Yeah, yeah, yeah," Percy grumbled. "Thanks a lot, kid." he abandoned his class and headed up the hill. the children had no problem with this, as they immediately started gossiping about this and that, adjusting their hair and clothing and so forth. They were a very material group.
At the farmhouse, Hestia was trying to make small talk with Dionysus, but rather failing at being civil with her nephew. He was complaining about work at the camp, and trying to make her appeal to Zeus for him. She was refusing. It made for a rather tense reunion. Percy walked in, and Hestia immediately lightened up. She seemed to emanate warmth and comfort, Percy just wanted to go and give her a big hug. "Ah, Percy. So glad you made i so quickly." she said with a smile. "Please, follow me. We have quite a bit to talk about." She looked at him knowingly and walked off into an adjacent room. Percy, a little bewildered, followed her.
As she stepped into the room, the fireplace immediately ignited. Percy wondered until he remembered that this was Hestia, goddess of hearth and home. No wonder she seemed so comfy. She reminded him of his mom. She set herself in a very cushy red chair and gestured for Percy to follow suit. He did, and she got right to business.
"So, I see that you're expecting." she started. Percy stared at her dumbly.
"Expecting what?" he asked.
"Oh, how cute. You don't know yet, do you. Well, I suppose, being male and all, you wouldn't really know the signs. My dear nephew, you're expecting a baby!"
There was silence. Until Percy broke out laughing. "You've got to be kidding me!" he choked out. This was the most extravagant practical joke that anybody had ever played on him, and he had to admit, it was pretty good, but highly hilarious. Hestia, however, looked rather offended. She had never been received as such, and she was tempted to show the little twit how wrong he was.
Actually, that wasn't such a bad idea. She scoffed and got up to leave the room. "Believe what you like," she said. She waved her hand at him as she left the room, and the whole camp at the same time. Percy shook his head and chuckled to himself to keep the foreboding feeling away. It was never good when a goddess waved their hand like that at you before disappearing, and Hestia was so little known that Percy had no clue what she might have done.
The next morning, Percy woke up nine months pregnant and in labor.

Sorry that this one's so short. ^^; I'll be trying to make a plot work here, but I don't have much practice anymore. xD
Like I said before, though. I do love suggestions. ^^
