46-Chase's Return to the Castle of War aka Peter's Procrastination aka the Full Frontal Attack of Peter Pan aka The Raging Return of Peter Pan', 18364, 'CHAPTER 46:
CHASE'S RETURN TO THE CASTLE OF WAR
aka PETER'S PROCRASTINATION
aka THE FULL FRONTAL ATTACK OF PETER PAN
aka THE RAGING RETURN OF PETER PAN

I couldn't decide what to name this chapter, can you tell?

Den, Kanan (who looked like Viggo what's his name from LORD OF THE RINGS
movies), Efram, Fred (yes Fred!), Edwardo, and Rober (the youngest of
the brothers born before Tyler, even younger than Cameron), and Cameron
(who was chubby and wore glasses). These were the brothers' armies that
were amassed outside Tyler's castle. Inside, Tyler's army was quivering
and not by using a bow and arrow or something like that. Bad joke I know.
I wasn't happy. Also inside was the Viking boy, Scen, who I'm pretty sure
was Tyler's sometime lover. Peter, I, and the Lost Boys scouted the
armies from above and even pelted them with rotten Never Eggs. That was
fun.

He heard them chanting. A hand on a knife. "Do it. It is for your people.
For your own faith to be tested. If you love, love your God, it will make
no difference now if you do this."

"Cardinal, I..."

"I am a man of God, am I not?"

"Yes but..."

"But nothing. God speaks to you through me, does he not?"

"I believe that."

"Then you must do as I say, but lo, not as I say as God himself says.
Don't believe me. Believe him. Believe his word. I'm nothing. I just
deliver his wishes to you via his word in his book. The book you believe
in."

"I do but...this is...this is wrong..."

"Is it wrong to banish those from the kingdom that will blemish it and
his loved ones."

"We are all his loved ones."

"Tyler, kill him! For if you do not make the attempt, as Abraham did to
his own blood. For I and all here will know you are not of God. You must
do it. Trust in Him to save even this sinner who enjoys his own
homosexuality."

Someone was stabbed. The knife in Tyler's hand plunged through fabric and
flesh. A scream. Many hands fell onto Tyler. A body flopped to the floor
whimpering.

The alley way upward was dark, lit only by torches, flickering, making
shadows on the walls, monsters of men. Men who betray and pull. Cameron
watched. From further below was Rober. Watching. Men huddled what seemed
to be Tyler and Scen upward toward the chamber.

"This is wrong."

"We cannot tell them that..."

"They will die if we don't..."

"Shh, someone's coming..."

"My men...they might help us...your's as well..."

"Quiet or they will kill us if they find out how we think..."

Rober gasped, "They already know how I think..."

"There's only one person who can save us now..."

Peter was back in the Underground Hideout, impatient as ever. It was
really his plan but the Lost Boys reformatted it to be more...workable.
He just wanted to get out there and have fun saving Tyler and Scen. The
Lost Boys: Je'ne, Jennie, Landen, Rico, Rollin, Sole, Aoi, Pare (the
fastest runner of the Lost Boys--and sometimes I think he pretended to be
slower than Peter so as not to receive a beating from the ever young
boy), Bailey, Barry, Bo, and...was that all there were? I guess I found
myself thinking of Oliver, the boy we lost to the heavens. The boy that
died. That lived now in the after life. I paced. I hated planning war
games. They always went awry. I just wanted to help out our friends Tyler
and Scen. Tyler was acting so strangely before we left. I think he's
struggling with his homosexuality. Or something. I felt uneasy. "Can't we
just get on with it?"

"I agree." Peter stamped, "And I'm captain!"

"Oh you would agree," I stamped too. Were we becoming alike? That much
alike? Well, yeah, we were.

Sole, the strategy maker, looked up from his hunched over war plans,
drawn in the dirt, "It has to be proper."

Aoi nodded, "Yeah!"

"Okay, that's it!" Peter ran to them and was about to stamp out their
plans when I ran to him from behind, and basically tried to tackle him.
He was so light, we went flying past them. "WHA?"

"Peter, hear out their plans at least." I turned, letting go of his sexy
waist.

"Oh alright," Peter turned from the wall I almost hit him into and looked
down. "It...it...it's good."

"Is that all you can say about it?" Sole asked, standing up.

"Glad it was my idea," Peter smiled, "Now get your weapons, boys, another
rescue."

As the boys, all but Bo and Jennie, ran for weapons and yelled, I
approached Peter, "I'm uneasy."

"Do not be, my Chase," Peter said, sticking out his chest, "I shall
protect you."

"Not about my life," I said, "About something..."

"Fear not, I shall keep my promise and not slay a single one of them,"
Peter nodded his head. And his word was good. Well, if he could ever
remember the things he promised.

"Okay let's go!" I urged.

"First we eat!" Peter went over to our pile of stash and began to eat
apples, water melon, honeydew, coconuts, lemons, beans, etc.

"What? Now?" I gasped. The boys let out a war cry and...began to eat.
They pigged out before my startled eyes. Only Jennie didn't partake right
away. He simply shrugged and walked gently over to the pile and started
to eat some bean sprouts. I sighed.

"I said bring it on," I said. "Come see me roar as I stuff my mouth with
grub."

Peter turned, his face a mess of melon of a variety of sources, "Whad you
say?"

"Me?" I widened my eyes, put my lower lip out innocently and shook my
head, "Nun-thing."

Peter smiled and nodded at me, closing his eyes in bliss as the boy ate
all he could. Stomach aches all around and they all rubbed their bellies
and sat against the wall...and each other, hurting after the siege was
all over...oh, not the siege on the castle, the siege on the food. I knew
as much so I slept for a bit, knowing the war was going to take it all
out of me...Peter almost forgot about it. For when the ubiquitous boy
awoke, never having slept really, for he just wanted to see what others
would mimic his pain in the belly...frankly he was a pain in the ass at
times like this...but anyway, he wanted attention so I rubbed his belly.
When he got up, which is what I was saying, I think, he wanted to go on a
grand adventure on the land of the giants. "Peter, forgot that now, we
have to think about Tyler and Scen and the brothers who are attacking
them!"

"Huh? Who's Tyler? Scen?"

"Peter!" I stamped my feet.

"Oh yeah," Peter raised his eyebrows. He wasn't teasing me either.
Although that was always a possibility. But I usually could tell when he
was teasing forgetting or forgetting forgetting for real. And this was
the later. "Sigh!"

"Who's Sigh? I'll help him too!" Peter ran for his swords and pulled
them both out from behind the throne he sometimes sat in. But he grew
weary and tired and said, "Maybe later though..." and his eyes slowly
lulled over with sleep and he plopped back to his boys and fell asleep,
deeply. He rubbed his own belly. I sighed again.

I picked up a sword or two and tied them onto my back and a knife and
flew out, "I'll go ahead then....come after me when you're not too tired.
For battle."

Peter's left eyelid opened, "Tired? For war? Not me...I'll be right there
after you...in a bit..." He snored.

By the time I reached the castle, I saw, to my horror, that the armies of
the other brothers...for I saw Den leading one, Kanan another, Efram (who
looked like Ephram from the tv show EVERWOOD and when I watched it I ever
only had wood) another, Fred-the karate Irish boy another, and Edwardo
another. The armies seemed to be converging on the moat that surrounded
the castle. I don't remember there having been a moat? Did Tyler's men
dig it? Did the armies? Why would they want to? I was in the air, which
hung with darkness despite the light of the glowing torches some of the
army men carried. It was also, mind you, the beginning of summer in
Neverland and the frost from the previous day's winter was just beginning
to melt so it was like a sort of fresh air revival but that didn't last
long and gave way to a heat that made the armies shirk off their armor.
Obviously they weren't expecting a major resistance from Tyler's men. As
I flew as fast as I could, after reconnoitering the area, I saw red haze
in the area, due to the sun or the moon, not sure which, and made a zip
for the castle before anyone could see me. Or so I thought.

I flew over an isolated and neat little grove surrounded by overgrown and
thick tree mass and bushes that had to be cut through to get past. It was
like a messy area surrounding a neatly mowed lawn. A jungle surrounding a
beautiful and colorful garden, well kept. I hovered.

For below me I heard a yell and saw two figures. I thought I stayed to
the trees and clouds enough so that none could see me. Damn, it was that
silly princess and one of Tyler's brothers. Cameron? No, it was Rober,
the next to youngest and quite handsome in a darkly tanned way, with his
jet black straight down hair. "Over here!" I heard him cry. And she
was...was whistling! "What the hell was that?" She did it again. I flew
so that I bounced in the air a bit. "What do you...."

One of the figures was moving his arms and stretching out a long bow and
arrow! Rober was firing an arrow at me! I couldn't believe it. "The
nerve!"

"Catch it!" Elise cried out.

I did. I smiled at myself for being able to catch it. Peter taught me
well. I thought he was the only one who could do that. Attached to the
arrow was a rolled up letter of some kind. I unraveled it and dropped the
arrow. My eyes widened. "Oh no!"

"Come down here!" Elise yelled.

I slowly floated downward, "I will...I will..." I touched grass. "I will
if you stop yelling and alerting everyone to my being here."

"It's true!" Rober gasped, "Everything in that letter..."

"How do you know?" I was suspicious.

"My brother and I, Cameron, we were not joining in on the attack. My
brother Tyler's men turned against him. He wouldn't kill Scen even at the
religious sacrifice that the Cardinal held."

"The cardinal?" I nearly spat.

"Yes, the cardinal held a service to praise God. Then he asked that, like
Abraham, Tyler kill Scen."

My eyes widened some more, "And what happened!"

"The others in the meeting urged Tyler to do it. But...he didn't. Instead
he killed the Cardinal."

"What?" I asked. "Tyler killed someone?"

"Yes," Rober said.

"And you and Cameron?"

"As you know our armies are not strong enough to defeat the armies of
Den, Kanan, Efram, Fred and Edwardo but..."

Elise whispered, "I know a way to the tower where they are holding Tyler
and Scen."

"How? How do you know where he is?"

Rober said, "I saw them take him up the steps or at least I thought it
was him."

"No. No, no. Something's fishy about that."

"It's true," Cameron came out of the trees, "I don't have much time. My
men are on the side of Den and my other brothers. Traitorous dogs."

I had taken out my sword when the trees rustled, revealing Cameron. "You
saw Tyler and Scen being taken up to the tower?"

"Yes," Cameron said, "They thought that they could change Tyler's mind
still. Scen is to be killed when Peter attacks."

"If he attacks..."

"What?"

"Nothing," I said, knowing Peter might forget this whole adventure and
already be off on his own. Then again, it was me in trouble, again so
Peter might.... "Look, Cam, did you actually see Tyler being put in the
room?"

"Yes, I actually helped get him there," Cameron hung his head down.

"What? Why?"

"I thought Kanan and Den would slay me if I didn't."

"Do your men know how you feel?"

"NO! Are you kidding? They'd kill me in a second. They know I wanted some
of them to get Tyler out and I had slay the ones who turned against me.
Now they take orders from Den and Kanan, the ones who didn't know I
wanted my men to betray them."

My head spun. "I'm confused. All these politics."

"Look, we have one safety against Peter...holding Tyler and Scen alive.
My brothers might not want to kill one of their own but if Peter attacks,
they will kill Scen, no question about that."

"Then I've got to get up there." I said, "Elise, you know a way in?"

"Yes but it is from the bottom of the cave of no place...."

"That'd take too long," I looked up, "I'm gonna try from above." Then
I wondered, "Hey, Elise, who...how'd you know about the way up to the
Tower?"

Elise blushed. "I make it a habit to know all the secret routes in the
homes of my enemies...and my friends."

I smiled, "Then you count Tyler as the latter?"

"A friend, yes. I was wrong to be against him. He should be able to live
and love as he wants. It's not a sin."

"Well, I don't know about that. We all sin but you're right, we should
all be allowed to love who we want to love without persecution." I took
to the air, surprising Cameron and Rober. I turned to them, "I'll meet
you two up there. Cameron, how will you get in?"

Cameron smiled, "From the front door. You can get in the window, they
are keeping it open for Peter."

"I just hope they don't mistake me for Peter."

The three of them opened their mouths.

I looked down, "What?"

"No one would ever mistake you for Peter."

"Oh. Oh. Oh, thanks a lot," I scoffed.

"No offense." They all said, almost at the same time.

"Oh, okay..." I shrugged.

Elise said, "It's just that Peter is one of a kind...and no one would
mistake anyone..."

"I heard you, I heard you..."

"What I mean is that no one would mistake anyone else for Peter, not just
you..."

Rober smiled, "But if it's any consolation, if anyone were to mistake
anyone for Peter, it'd be you."

Cameron nodded and left, "I'm having to go now. I've been gone for too
long. Good luck to you all."

"Thanks, Rober..." I thought Rober was a bit too happy to see me. His
dick area was enlarging and ...was he, like Tyler, his brother, and me
and Peter, gay? Or bi? Like Tyler said he was? I couldn't care less as
long as he was helping us. "Thanks. And Elise, thanks, you're a good
friend to Tyler..."

Elise smiled and nodded, "I know."

"I think I know how you feel, never getting what you want while...oh,
never mind," I flew up and knew I had to find that Tower Room. It was the
highest room in the castle and not a very nice place. I flew straight
toward the middle of the castle, knowing I would be seen sooner or later.
A few arrows whizzed by me. I guess it would be sooner. Before I had been
spotted, the armies were tossing some kind of fluid by the huge pot
fills. Giant tankards or huge pots like the ones I saw the witches and
sorcerers use were being dumped into the moat all around the castle. I
then realized what this was when one man, who looked like Kanan, the one
who looked like Viggo, took a torch to it. The entire moat went up in
flames. And the smoke caused more heat and blindness. My eyes stung but I
realized that I had to shoot up if I were to make the tower. I did that
and arrows passed by me. I kicked another arrow away from my body as I
heard it heading at my belly. I had to change my horizontal position to
vertical and then shoot straight up. I needed someone or something to
divert the attention of the armies. There were just too many of them.

"LOST BOYS FIRE!" Peter waved his sword like Captain Hook. A giant egg
was in a wooden catapult, which had wooden wheels. Perhaps it was one of
the inventions of the Can Do Twins from Peter's past, a machine hidden
away in some brush or some cave. Giant eggs washed over the armies and
sank more than a few warriors in muck. I realized all of this later but
kept on flying, hearing vague noises from Peter and the Lost Boys. Two
more boys carried another egg and more and more were launched. Fred's
army and Edwardo's army moved in on the catapult and in force. Sole,
Je'ne, Rico, Rollin, and Aoi held off ten men each. These warriors wore a
kind of thong around their waist and butt, Fred's army wore red and
Edwardo's men wore pink. They also had some straps around their chests
which wound around their underarms and had small pouches under the sides
of their arms for weapons. A few wore pointy helmets but not many. "LOST
BOYS FORWARD!" Peter said and kicked down four men by flying into the
air, smacking his feet into two faces, one foot for two faces each. "I
promised Chase I would kill no one and kill no one I mean to do!"

Aoi stabbed a warrior in the chest, "I didn't make no promise!"

"Nor I!" Pare stabbed a sword deep into a belly. And he pulled out and
the body slumped. Another came at him and another. Pare kicked up and
flew, head down, feet on chins. Two more went down. Aoi followed suit and
killed a few.

"Forward toward the side of the castle!" Peter yelled and walked on the
heads of some of the warriors, pressing hard so as to make their heads
bend down, front or back. "And try not to kill anyone!"

The Lost Boys dropped stones on the armies next. This took out a few men.
Peter, of course, did not kill anyone, nor did he stoop to drop stones.
He flew around the perimeter, getting closer and closer to the castle. He
waved his sword, flew head up, head down, any which way and laughed.
Peter flew down toward the moat where the flames were the greatest and a
mass of men came at him, drawing swords. He landed, flew, landed, flew,
all the while engaging their swords. "Ahahaahhaha!" For him this was a
great game, a great challenge. Other men shot arrows up at the Lost Boys,
who dodged and used the smoke for cover. Peter flew to the men with
arrows but men with swords rushed him. He flew up and with a great swing,
yelled a war cry and cut off all the points of the swords, continuing his
swing and turning as he flew toward another group of men, almost like a
ballet dancer and twirling, cut off more sword points and even a few
horns off helmets. And a few Nazi like spikes. But he killed no one. He
honored his word not to kill to Chase.

I flew at the window and into it, not hesitating by the darkness beyond
the window. I mean it was dark outside but not as dark as in that horrid
room. My eyes adjusted. There were figures in there. I dare not call out
to either Rober or Elise, it might give them away. Outside the sound of
sword against sword was heard as well as the crackling of the giant wall
of flames. A circular wall. I moved cautiously, step by step. I saw
figures in the room. "Tyler? Scen? Are you okay? Are you alright?"

Something hit me from behind. Someone hit me from behind. On the neck
toward the right shoulder. It was enough to make me pass out. Am I always
doing that or what? Should I tell you who it was or not? Aw heck. It
wasn't Tyler and it wasn't Scen. It wasn't Rober and it wasn't Elise. But
I was definitely in the wrong place...the tower room did not hold my
friends. It held only my enemies. I crumpled to the yucky stone floor.
