Marcus And The Remaining Guard
Unneeded 5
Aro paced, growling as he did so. Caius and Marcus shared a worried look, which to anyone who saw it, look practically expressionless. They had been watching Aro from their ‘Thrones’ for the past 24 hours. They had not seen Aro like this since Carlisle Cullen, or Carlie as Aro dubbed him, had left in search other ‘vegetarian’ vampires. Aro seemed to get over that though, if you ignored the Shrine in his closet. Now that Jane had left, the girl he watched grow up as human, who he later turned and fell in love with added to the fact that Jane and Alec had killed over 500 people in their old village. All of this seemed to nearly push Aro over the edge, something, that in all their years had never seen.
“This cannot go on any longer Aro.” Caius called to Aro, froze mid pace at his words.
“What are suggesting, Cai?” Aro replied, slowly turning his head to face his best friend and brother.
“We kill Jane and Alec” Caius spoke simply.
“Kill them?” Aro turned to them fully. Marcus new the look that Aro now adorned, it was his, to put it simply, his I’m-a-bitch-slap-your-ass-if-you-don’t-shut-the-fuck-up look. Caius either hadn’t noticed or was more of an idiot then Marcus had originally thought. As Caius spoke again, Marcus sighed.
“Yes Aro, it is the only way, they’re becoming like the other immortal children”
‘Calling Jane an Immortal child? Geez he’s got guts.’ Was Marcus thoughts as he waited for Aro to pounce and kick Caius’ ass, again. To his surprise Aro looked morbid and rather depressed as he spoke, though his voice was emotionless.
“You’re right, something needs to be done about them.”
“Then it is settled, we label them immortal children, with a bounty on their head.” Caius smirked as he spoke these words, his head lift higher with his arms crossed on his chest. Marcus frowned and spoke for the first time.
“Not so fast. Do I not get a say in this?” Usually Caius and Aro appreciated His opinion but now it seemed not the case.
“No, you do not.” Aro replied. Marcus immeadietly felt his anger rise and a hiss escaped his lips as he rose from the chair, staring at the two people he had known his entire life, human and vampiric. Marcus straightened.
“No wonder Jane left you” He hissed to Aro as he skulked out of the room, ignoring the enraged his from Aro.

In the tower above the throne room The Guard listened to the ‘royals’ conversation.
“They cannot do this! Jane and Alec are not immortal children!” Heidi hissed angrily.
“I agree. We must do something” Demetri sounded just about as happy and Heidi.
“What do we do then hmm?” Chelsea’s voice was usually the sound of reason.
“We join Jane and Alec, Demetri can find them and we become our own coven.” Afron spoke very rarely but when he did he had some awesome ideas.
“And why, pray tell, would they accept us?” Santiago spoke this time.
“They’re our little brother and sister! We watched then grow as humans and vampire for god’s sakes!” Corin’s light voice filled the room.
“What about the Volturi hmm? Do you really think they’re going to just let us waltz right on out of here? And let us live? Yea, totally, that’s going to go down just fantastic.” Next was Felix’s sarcastic voice.
“W-what about M-m-Marcus?” Renata stuttered into the conversation.
“Marcus?” the others spoke in unison. Renata looked down and would be blushing, if she could as she wasn’t used to being the center of attention.
“Y-yes. H-he was just openly r-r-rejected by M-master and C-c-c-c-Caius” Renata seemed scared stiff of just her ‘master’ and his brother’s names.
“That’s ridiculous!” Demetri looked at her as if she was an idiot as he spoke all while thinking ‘How the fuck did this stutter become part of the guard?’
“So ridiculous in fact, that it might just work!” Felix had a grin on his face as he said this. And so The Guard planned there escape.
