The Truth

Three Days after her arrival Wrath came to her and told her to put on the black dress. Doing so she dressed very nice and got the gift she wanted V to give his mother. Knowing that she was to see the Virgin she went to the office and waited for Wrath. As he walked in he looked at the cage, shaking his head the king took them to the Scribe Virgin. At first all she could see was light, white and pure, it filled her with hope and love. That was when she saw the cloaked figure and dropped to one knee. It was scaring not knowing what to do and if you did something wrong you would die more than likely. The cloaked figure floated toward them and stopped short a few feet. It amazed her that this was the one being in the whole world she actually knew existed and that made her think of all the others that were now proven false.

"Wrath you come to me with this girl so what is so different about her from the others?"

"She is born of human flesh not vampire. She does not smell any different from the other females yet her scent is strong every once and a while, mostly when she is aroused and we do not know what to do with her." Wrath said very bluntly.

"Um..." she could feel the unseen eyes scanning her and going over her past. Or so it felt. "Stand." Do so she took a deep breath and released it. "Turn, slowly." Again she obeyed. "This is not possible. The backup is meant to be male. Plus you have many warrior qualities that no female should have."

"Sorry to disappoint you Scribe Virgin. I wish to please you in every way that i know how yet i can not change my sex. If I could for you I would." Backup that was what her fanfic character had been, the fucked up backup plan for the brotherhood. And yet it seemed that there was no use denying it now. Her fanfic was coming to life. "As for being this backup you speak of, I know nothing of this."

"The knowledge is there in your mind, it has always been there. It is why you did not fit with your human family, the first was the be the leader of the backup plan and it would seem to me that it is you. So tell me what is you name."

"Schuryn daughter of the humans I was once called Veronica but no more shall I go by that name. I dropped it once I arrived in Caldwell."

"Well Schuryn I hope you can handle this new life. Wrath you are to have her trained as a warrior, it is what she was born to do. You may leave."

"Scribe Virgin, I have brought you a gift to show you my contentment to being a vampire, he is from the state I was born in." Schuryn revealed the cardinal that was had been hidden behind her.

"Thank you." And they were back in Wrath's office.

"So what do you think?"

"That my dearest dream has come true. Sorry its just what came to mind. So as to the training can I start now?"

"Not with the boys just yet I'll give you three weeks to get close to their level before I send you into a pack of horny males...well the ones that made it through that is. For a while you will train with Phury and Z, maybe even Butch and V. I don't want you to get anywhere close to Rhage for a while you might piss him off, big time."

Rolling her eyes she looked at Wrath. "Oh yes Blind one leading the blind...ooo Cyclops." and she burst into laughter at the thought of Wrath with the gold and red band over his eyes.

"Not funny."
