A poem for the

Looking at the sky ahead
I don’t know whether it will be the one above my home
Or above just another place were they will shun me
Will this be the place in which I live till the end of my days?
Or just another place from which I must move on

Standing between two sentinels
Stones reaching way up high
I look at the sky and I think
Is this the sky I tried to leave behind?
Or the one I’ve looked for all my life
Or just another road side in on my journey

Should I just walk back through those stones?
Hoping to get back to were I came from
And get on with my life giving up on it at the same time

Or should I move along keep on searching
For a place I can truly call home.

Looking at the sky ahead
Looking at the ground ahead
I wonder if the fog comes from within me
Do I truly belong to such a dark place?
Where the only light comes from the moon and the little lights bobbing in the mist
But I hear music
Music which leads
Thrumming through my body like nothing has ever done.
Listen to the dark tune
Hear the bright strains
For this is my landscape
And its not truly dark.
