Alice and Jasper

Alice’s POV

I was just sitting outside the house on a rock letting my thoughts drift. I was so happy. Happy to be sitting outside not having to worry about if the Volturi were going to pop up any minute, or what would happen when Nessie got older. I am so glad we have that cleared up it certainly relieved a lot of the stress on the family.

My thoughts started to drift towards Jasper. I missed him, he went hunting with Emmett and would not be returning home until sometime today. Jasper’s POV

I was watching Emmett tackle a grizzly while letting my thoughts drift. My thirst was well satisfied and I just wanted to be home with Alice. God how I missed her. When I was apart from her it was like there was a part of me missing and I know I wouldn’t get that part back until she was in my arms again.
“Emmett man are you about done there?” Emmett looked up at me then and grinned.
“yeah I think I have had enough for now. I wanna get home and see Rose” he replied. He took his separation from Rose a little easier than I did with my separation from Alice. Of course it helped that she had been pissed when we left because Emmett had ruined her favourite blouse. “maybe she’s calmed down since we left. You’ll warn me right if she’s still pissed.”
“yeah ill warn you but knowing Rosalie she’ll be pissed when we get back no matter what. She’s always pissed” I replied. I was true too. That woman was always angry about something. I don’t know how Emmett put up with it.
We started heading out of the woods back to Emmett’s jeep. We were both in a hurry now to see our loves so we covered the ground fast and were in the jeep speeding home in no time. We were home in a couple of hours I felt the atmosphere in the garage. “she’s actually in a good mood Emmett I think your forgiven” I laughed.
“see absence does make the heart grow fonder” Emmett laughed back.
“See you later.” I said as I headed into the house to look for Alice. I saw her through the back wall sitting on a rock and everything in me began to settle in a wave of peace. That was the miracle of Alice no matter what other emotions were around me she could always make me feel a deep sense of peace that I would never tire of. I walked up behind her and wrapped my arms around her tiny frame.


Alice’s POV

I heard him coming up behind me of course but I didn’t move. He walked up and put his arms around me and I let out a sigh. I leaned back against him and said nothing. Jasper and I didn’t need many words. I knew he would be able to feel the wave of love and rightness that went through me when he wrapped his arms around me. Jaspers POV

I kept a firm hand on hers I knew she was having visions of us, of all the things I wanted to do to her so I just kept leading her further into the forest.
